Beautifully remodeled townhome in the heart of Deer Valley and Downtown Park City. This home is modern, sleek & has an open-entertainers kitchen with all the amenities including dining table that seats 8. 5 minute walk to Park City Main St. Access to restaurants, shops, ski resorts, hiking, biking, & nightlife. Hot tub facing private backyard area. Low to no road noise and right off Deer Valley Dr. After a long day relax in front of the gas fireplace or soothe in the hot tub.

Hot tub - located just outside bedroom on patio overlooking private backyard

Private, ONE CAR garage on site. Due to limited space and parking we can only accommodate one car for this property. Make sure your car is NOT OVERSIZE as it will not fit into the garage. Ex. Suburban will be too big for garage. Car with ALL-WHEEL DRIVE AND SNOW TIRES advised due to steep driveway and hilly neighborhood. There is no street parking.

The city bus is a 5 minute easy walk and it's free! We use this all the time as it's way easier than parking downtown and it's fun to grab the bus. Buses come every 8 minutes.

Perfection in Park City

Great location. Walked to Main Street and easy to get to skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. Just like the pictures and even better. Lovely place. Would stay again!

Highly recommend this home stay

Extremely clean and fresh. Mountain-modern charm, exactly as pictured. Tons of natural light. Chef's kitchen with plenty of seating. All furnishings were first class. High quality bedding, towels, dishes, etc. The 2 ensuite masters on separate floors gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. Fast wi-fi internet with TVs in all the rooms. The location is fantastic! Central to the action but removed from the noise. Easy walk into town for coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants. And just as convenient to catch the free shuttle bus or rideshare, making a car optional. Facing the wooded backyard, the private hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. We would definitely book this home for future trips to Park City. Thanks again for hosting us.
