In our home, we offer a bedroom designed for individuals with mobility challenges. This bedroom, located on the main walk-in floor, features a full bath and a spacious king-sized bed. It offers convenient access with a door leading directly outside without any steps. However, please note that the remaining bedrooms are situated on the second and third floors of the house. Three bedrooms are located on the floor above the main level, while one is situated on the top floor alongside the loft area. Access to these bedrooms requires climbing stairs.

☀ You will be given two private parking spots, in addition to a communal spot. Please be aware that others may occasionally use the communal spot, as street parking is not permitted.
☀PARKING REGULATIONS☀
- Only TWO VEHICLES are allowed to park in front of the property- directly in front of the garage. (no garage access)
- If more than two vehicles are parked in front of the property, a $500 FINE will be imposed. There is no street parking and no parking on the grass. This fine is necessary as we incur a fine if there are additional cars parked in front of the property.
- If you bring more than two cars, you have the option to park in one of the communal spots adjacent to the 2 private spots in front of the garage door(s) or at the golf course clubhouse parking lot, which is generally open and just a two-minute walk from the property.

- The property accommodates up to 12 GUESTS.
- Exceeding this guest limit will result in a $500 FINE.
☀POOL PASS☀
- A $300 CHARGE will be applied for any missing pool pass, as it costs us that amount to replace it.
