Trails are accessible right from our garage and return to park your vehicles in the on-site mancave HEATED pole barn, complete with custom lockers featuring seating, pegs, helmet, and boot cubby. The barn has more than ample space for you and your group to park and work on your snowmobiles, side by sides, and ATVs. Our property has abundant space to park your vehicles and trailers. Please also enjoy the use of a kitchenette with a pizza oven, 72” TV, floor drain system, air compressor, and tools. It's the ultimate haven for adventure seekers amidst the best trails the UP has to offer. Please note - our home is uniquely located on a paved road and is plowed in winter months by the road commission.

Fishing enthusiasts:
Muskallonge Lake (3 miles away) right across the road and has a great line-up of fish species such as northern pike, musky, pumpkinseeds, smallmouth bass, rock bass, walleye, & perch.

Perch Lake (3 miles) hosts a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Walleye and Yellow Perch

Blind Sucker Flooding (7 miles away) primarily Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout and Yellow Perch.

Two Hearted River (15 miles) various species including wild brook trout.
