Quick little getaway for a family event

This property was exactly what we needed for our trip! Adorable, clean, and well supplied with the essentials. The pool was perfect. The outside space was excellent. Our boys enjoyed the RC track. We brought our own RC cars, but there are are some available for use. The beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available. All the appliances looked new. Will definitely consider this stay again when in the area.

From a Real Estate family-owned-business founded in early 2000’s, whose focus has been property management in South Florida for the last 20 years, Paradise Housing LLC emerged.

Paradise Housing was created with the intention of providing the best possible short-term or vacation rental service in the Naples area.
We are Family and our guests are too, and that is why we aim to provide an exceptional stay for all of our guests.
Our names are Lidia Morelli and Nicolas Palombo, we migrated from Argentina with our small daughter. In Miami we grew our family with two more boys, all while juggling a growing company.
Our focus has been local and international investors (purchase, selling, maintenance, and management of the properties). Some years ago we decided to move our family to the west coast of Florida, growing our family with the addition of a poodle dog, and of course our business.
Thereafter, Mariela Palombo joined us in our adventure and we founded Paradise Housing LLC to expand our business and dedicate ourselves to vacation or short-term rentals.
We love serving our guests and making them feel at home, while they are away from home. We are really proud of our Superhost rating and work tirelessly to ensure we maintain that level of service.

The house offers plenty of parking space, it is ideal for those guests traveling with a boat or RV. The area is super quiet and familiar. It is ideal to spend a few days of relaxation. The backyard has a lot of space in case our guests want to travel with their pets and enjoy of our fire pit.
The house is located in a neighborhood close to everything you need to spend your time in peace and harmony. Restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, shops, etc. Parking is located in front of the house.

It's Disneyland in Naples!, since the house offers the possibility of racing remote-controlled cars, enjoying the fire pit, playing soccer in the back of the house, enjoying the pool floating in the lifeguards while you can watch a movie on the giant screen located in the pool area, countless books to relax reading, board games for adults and children, a romantic outdoor living room to spend pleasant moments with family, friends or as a couple enjoying a excellent glass of wine at sunset. If you have a specific event such as an engagement, birthday, or simply a special breakfast or dinner, you can hire our catering and event organization service at incredibly low prices for our guests.
