Nestled in a quiet, executive neighborhood, this single-family home boasts reclaimed Tennessee barn wood and beams and breathtaking views. This custom, brand new build offers a rustic, modern and cozy atmosphere. Basecamp Lodge is the ideal escape for discerning guests, accommodating up to 14 visitors with ease. 

Basecamp Lodge is an entertainer's paradise. Choose from 3 separate living spaces including the great room which boasts stunning views and opens up to the gorgeous kitchen and dining area. The upstairs space is a perfect spot for a game of cards. Downstairs is perfect for relaxing while watching a movie, or playing a game of pool. Or, you can unwind in one of the two private hot tubs and marvel at the breathtaking mountain Views.

The multiple decks, complete with not one, but two soothing hot tubs as well as a gas grill,  presents a front-row seat to Mother Nature's grandeur. Admire the snow-covered slopes, quaking aspen trees, or the vibrant wildflowers, all without leaving the comfort of your home. Base Camp Lodge  is perfectly suited for hosting large groups or families, offering 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and extensive entertaining space within its open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. While this home feels like a serene escape, world class ski resorts are just a 15 minute drive away, ensuring you're never far from the action.

Bedroom and home arrangements:

- Bedroom 1 (this bedroom is in its own wing for added privacy): King bed and a spacious ensuite bath, massive walk in closet, mini bar and it's own private deck. Tucked away for added privacy.
- Main Level: Revel in the open living area with double-height ceilings, a picturesque dining space, a modern kitchen, laundry room and access to the upper deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. 
- Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King with ensuite bath and deck.
- Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Queen with ensuite bath. 
-Upstairs- Enjoy a game of cards, watch a movie or soak in one of the two private hot tubs. This space also has a queen pull out sofa bed. 
- Bedroom 4 (Lower level): King bed with an ensuite bath.
- Bedroom 5 (Lower level): Two sets of custom bunk beds (twin/twin and queen/twin) with two ensuite baths.
-Gym (Lower level): Equipped with weights, weight bench, work out mat, bands, a treadmill, television, a mini fridge, and an ensuite bath.
-Theater room (Lower Level): Relax and watch a movie on the oversized, luxe couches and recliners (equipped with cup holders) 
-Lower level living space: Watch your favorite television show or play a game of pool. Access to one of the two hot tubs on the back deck. 

No outdoor fires of any kind permitted. 

We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance, in case of any travel changes, especially during the winter months as weather and roads can be unpredictable.
