This stunning tri-level 5BR is spacious, includes a backyard haven and accommodates 11 guests.

On the main level, you'll find an open concept living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities and modern appliances you need to prepare meals during your vacation. The dining area seats 6 and the living room features a comfortable reclining couch and a flatscreen smart TV, both perfect for gatherings.

Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet and modern shower. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, one with two queen beds and the other with two single beds, along with plenty of closet space. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the lower level, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 3 full beds. Also included on this level is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, our home features a private pool (may be heated upon request), fire pit, and outdoor dining area. The pool area is surrounded by lounge chairs and a covered cabana, perfect for soaking up the Arizona sunshine and lounging poolside. The fire pit area is perfect for cozying up on cool desert nights, and the outdoor dining area has seating for 8+.

Fee for heating pool is $150 a day for a minimum of 3 days
1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
2. No parties: The property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors.
3. Pool safety: Guests assume all responsibility for pool use. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, running, or glassware around the pool area. Use the pool at your own risk.
4. Pool equipment: *IMPORTANT* Guests must leave vacuum inside pool, otherwise damage to the entire filtration system may occur and guest could face up to $1300 in fines for reparations.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
6. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00PM, and check-out time is 10:00AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
7. BBQ grill usage: The BBQ grill is available for your use. Clean the grill after use. Ensure the grill is turned off and cooled down before leaving the area.
8. Noise level: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the comfort of other guests nearby.
9. Guest limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 11. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
10. Respect the property: Treat the house and its amenities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
