This vast and beautiful chalet can accommodate up to 10 people (Rate according to number of persons). The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

CAMERAS: For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside for most of our chalets. We have a camera outside that targets the entrance and parking lot only. This is mainly for thieves, as well as to check the number of cars or people to avoid parties! Rest assured that the facilities do not infringe on privacy. Collected images are retained for 90 days only, except in certain special circumstances.

Animals: Note that small dogs may be accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. Fees of $75 per dog may apply (2 dogs maximum). Full details in the chalet booking form.

Complete bedding is provided as well as towels for the showers.

The kitchen is very well equipped. You will find, among other things, an espresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor as well as equipment for the fondue (gas) in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen. In general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane paper and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc...

There is a 50'' HD smart TV with bluetooth sound bar as well as a cd/dvd player in the ground floor living room and a second 36" HD smart TV in the garden level family room You have access to unlimited wireless internet with Bell Fibe.There is also a washer/dryer, a BBQ (not guaranteed in winter) and a dishwasher at your disposal.

There are also several toys for children and several board games. Note that there are two baby playpens as well as a booster chair and that safety gates for children are installed for the stairs. 4 pairs of adult snowshoes and 2 pairs of children are also available.

The spa can be used year-round and the swimming pool heated in season. You will also have access to a host of activities. From the chalet: hiking in the forest, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sliding. And in the region: Mega-zipline, amusement parks for children, water slide, canoe, kayak, bike, rock climbing, fishing, downhill skiing, etc…

GUESTS: We remind you that you must notify us if you plan to have guests not registered in your reservation, whether or not they sleep at the chalet, as fees may apply.

We are not on site but 10 minutes by car and are always easily reachable and available to answer your questions with pleasure.
Nature at the Summit is our slogan! The chalet is located in the middle of nature and high in the mountains where you can enjoy a magnificent view as well as guaranteed tranquility! You can practice hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and even Fat biking (since September 2017) at the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park located right next door and then relax in the spa. usable year round. You will have the impression of being alone in the world but you will only have 7 minutes to drive to get to the village to do the shopping or go to our many very friendly restaurants, bistros and shops.

As we are in the heart of the Laurentians, you will also have easy access to a multitude of activities both in winter and summer, all within 30 minutes by car.
The entire house is available. The chalet is wheelchair accessible for individuals staying on the ground floor, where there is only one step to enter the house. This floor includes one bedroom and a bathroom adjacent to the common areas, ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with showers and 1 with shower and bath. The modern kitchen, the large dinning-room and the living-room are all combined in one giant open area on the ground floor. The floor below houses a large living room with a pool table.

There is a 50'' and a 38'' HD TV in the living-rooms. A big balcony-terrace is home to the BBQ.

Regardless of the weather, you'll enjoy the private, year-round outdoor spa.

The cottage is located in a 3 acres estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David where there is no close neighbors. Bordering the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park with its 1 900 acres of Crown land, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and mountain climbing literally start in the backyard. The village of Val-David with all amenities is 5 minutes by car.

It is essential to have a vehicle to move around.

In winter, it is essential to have good winter tires or a 4X4 vehicle to climb the road to the chalet. Otherwise there is parking space down the hill near the street to leave the car and walk up.
