The place was just as shown. Good location! Stores and restaurants near by! Everything you need to cook was available, we grilled a few nights and ate in. It is close to the airport so you do hear the planes, but honestly they didn’t bother us.

Amazing and charming!

Our stay and experience here was really a 10/10. Everything to the checkin in accommodation and comfort of the beds. We really had the greatest time here. The couple that owns this property are really “hosting” you and can’t say enough about it. Completely worth it and would recommend to any family or small get together!

Great property and location

The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked and location ideal for our needs. We had 7 adults and an almost 3 year old and had plenty of elbow room. The upstairs was very private. My granddaugher so enjoyed the play kitchen and is still asking to go to the Buffalo house! The property manager was highly communicative but not intrusive. If this place is available, jump on it!

Family time

We were in town for a family wedding. Instead of hotel rooms, we decided to look for a VRBO. We are so glad we did and found this perfect property. It was centrally located and provided the optimal place for us to visit and spend quality time together. We had everything we needed. Thank you Nia. You are a terrific host and we would highly recommend!

A home with beautiful interior design

It’s a new home with beautiful interior design, made for a luxurious experience. The home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with modern amenities in good functioning order, as described in the ad. Owner Nia was a true professional. She quickly responded to our inquiries and requests and checked in with us daily (via text messages). The home is in a quiet residential area, yet close to all the necessities like grocery shops, restaurants, bookstores, EV super-charging stations, etc.

Buffalo Bliss

What a fantastic stay we had. My family and I were visiting the beautiful city of Buffalo for our son’s graduation from UB medical school. There are so much things to say about our stay. First thank you Nia and family for opening your home and hearts to our family. It was gratefully appreciated. The location of the home was exactly what we needed. Perfectly located near restaurants and etc. Once we arrived, we were extremely excited! The house was speechless… from the decor to the amenities, everything was beyond words. The home was well stocked with anything and everything needed. The kitchen area was our favorite place to hang around and enjoy family time. The upstairs area was our go to area to hang out and relax. Thank you again Nia for absolutely everything and for keeping us updated on everything. We will definitely be back.

My wife did the flowers for the wedding and there was plenty of room to spread out.Plenty of restaurant and grocery stores nearby to feed the family.Host, Nia, gave us a wonderful "walk through" video of the house ahead of time so we knew exactly what we were getting. They welcome treats were a sweet beginning of a great trip.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
