This well-appointed home has been recently remodeled and updated with a new kitchen, new flooring, and new AC to provide you with the ultimate vacation spot. Enjoy a fantastic location on a corner lot in a great Westside neighborhood. You are near scenic parks, hiking trails, and Skyline Wilderness Area Park. Discover amazing local attractions, including Canyon Lake Park, The Monument, Storybook Island, Reptile Gardens, Memorial Park, Bear Country USA, and the Museum of Geology.

As you enter this family-friendly haven, you will discover a sunny open floor plan with a large living and family room. Spread out comfortably on the sofa and get ready for an entertaining time watching a fun show or movie on the large TV while the chef of the group treats everyone to delicious homemade snacks. The kitchen has been updated with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze, so don't hesitate to put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with your culinary skills. This level opens onto a large deck for outdoor entertainment - discover an outdoor dining area with an umbrella and a gas grill. The lower level houses a second living room with comfy recliners, a Connect Four game, a desk, and another TV. When it comes to outdoor living, the yard offers a fully fenced backyard where your dogs and children can run around and play safely. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms on each level.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
