This Ventnor home is quaint and pleasing, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nearby beach and boardwalk. Atlantic City is a short drive from the house where you can enjoy the Casinos, piers, boardwalk and many restaurants & bars.

KITCHEN: Updated with stainless steel appliances, a dining table to seat 6 and counter bar stools.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized Bed, with 1 Rollout Single Floor Trundle Bed
BEDROOM 2: 2 Double Sized Beds
BEDROOM 3: 1 Floor Bunk Bed (recommended only for children, max weight for the top bunk is 125 pounds)
*There is also a Queen Size Air Mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

This apartment has 2 full bathrooms, one on the main level and one on the second level.

LAUNDRY:
There is a washer and dryer in the house that guests may use.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access to the entire 3 bedroom home.
-It has a private entrance in the front of the home.
-Please note, this is an attached style home. You may hear neighbors from the attached home.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.
-This property does not have a backyard.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is no designated parking. There is only on street parking.
-We will provide 2 parking permits for time restricted areas.
-Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

BEACH TAGS:
-There will be Beach Tags provided to guests for their stay.
-There will be a $25 fee for any tags not returned upon departure.

MAIL:
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
