Paradise Found: Luxury Family Villa with private pool and beach

Welcome to Sevilla Retreat! A luxury villa overlooking Runaway Bay golf course with free access to our private residents beach. Designed by an artist around a beautiful oval swimming pool, the villa offers unique spacious accommodation for couples, families and gatherings. We can arrange for delivery of food supplies prior to check in, and guests pay for groceries directly with the local supermarket when they have settled in. Internet available throughout the property for digital nomads. Built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that shines like a jewel in the Crown when lit up at night, the villa is perfect for private daytime and nocturnal swimming.

Sevilla Retreat offers four bedroom accommodation as well as an optional detached open plan studio apartment for larger groups. (See sleeping arrangements below) Three of the bedrooms in the villa open out through double tinted glass sliding doors onto the veranda around the pool. All the bedrooms have their own adjoining luxury onyx en-suite dressing room/shower room. The living room also opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating for large groups overlooking the pool.

The optional studio apartment has ocean views and is very spacious and open plan with its own kitchen and shower room as well as a mezzanine platform area. The studio welcomes lush breezes from the ocean and has a lovely terrace.

STAFF
The housekeeper is available 5 days a week included in the price. Our cook is also available to cook a meal for guests arrival diner and guests first breakfast in with the price ( guests pay for food produce). If guests would like her to cook for any additional meals then guests pay her fee directly. Her fee is US$ 60 per day (US$30 for breakfast and US$30 for diner) except on public holidays when the price is US$ 100 per day.
There is an additional cost for waitress/food service staff paid directly.

Our security, groundsman and pool maintenance man lives adjacent to the property and is available when required in with the price.

Guests pay for their own food supplies directly with the local supermarket. However, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged at no extra cost prior to guests arrival, and guests are required to settle their bill as soon as they have had a chance to settle in.

Our private resident's beach less than 10 minutes walk to the other side of the golf course is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun. The beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs.
