Charming House

We stayed for a baseball tournament and the house was great, good location for anything at the Lakepoint sports complex. The house was very clean, great backyard for the dog to get some outside time.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the house! We sat in the swing on the front porch, gathered for chats on the back porch and enjoyed the spring flower filled back yard. We used each of the 4 beds and everyone said their mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The decor is charming and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location is easy to find and convenient to local sites and shopping. Vaughn answered any questions quickly and was very welcoming. If I need to come to this area again, this will be my choice for lodging!

Property has Potential

Upon arriving the home looks quaint. Let me start with what the hosts did great: They provided bottles of water and snacks- our kids LOVED that. We had toiletries in case we forgot toothbrushes. Loved the nightlights in the bathrooms and hallways. Each room has a tv which was cool for the kids. pots in the kitchen were awesome ! I look for quality since I do cook in the homes I stay at. The space started out appearing clean and as we settled in we noticed ants in the main floor bedroom, on the bed and under the bed. That was not fun. We killed a lot of Ants during our stay. pest control couldn’t make it until we checked out. Then the last night when we began packing the kids belongs and a huge roach came out. We tried to kill it but couldn’t get to it fast enough. We had to move my child out of the room and - had no where to sleep but the coach with my husband. Not a comfortable night. She is afraid of them and I would not place a child in a room with a live roach. But when there is one there at far more. We contacted the hosts who took each of our complaints seriously. we were reimbursed a night, so we are very appreciate of that. I know that they have started hosting so a few suggestions- having spare blankets and towels would be helpful. Baking dishes, small cups for kids. the washer and dryer are in the “basement/garage space”. We didn’t know that or how to turn on lights- sign and better lighting would help folks have an ease to go and access.

Perfect Stay

We were in town for a tournament. Location was great, being about 10ish minutes from Lakepoint Champions Complex. The house was clean and provided plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. TVs had connection to streaming, host provided coffee amenities, fridge provided filtered ice and water, safe neighborhood, and close to stores. Host even reached out to make sure all was well with our stay shortly after arrival. Highly recommend!
