University of Indianapolis graduations
This was our first visit to Indianapolis. Came to attend my son’s graduation ceremony. The apt. was very clean and very spacious, it had everything we needed. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, mall, and park. Easy check in.

Great location, large space in center of it all.
This was such a convenient space for our conference at the convention center. I will say my Google maps misled me a little on the address so look for the picture of the front entrance of the building and ask the owner for directions if you plan to walk through the mall to convention center as it can be a little confusing the first time.

I was in a hurry upon checking in and got the check in instructions wrong but the host was lighting quick with remedies. Check out was also a breeze.

Perfect location
This property is in a fun part of downtown Indianapolis and has parking ramps, restaurants and entertainment within close walking distance. We loved staying here.

Great location and exoerience
Could not have been a better location for a conference in Indianapolis. Tiffany was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we got checked in. VRBO had not sent me the address and so Tiffany had to walk me through the process. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure I found it. The apartment is spacious and was great for our kids. It had an air hockey table and a karaoke machine.

Great Downtown Pad!
Cool place! Very clean. Nice high ceilings. It’s tucked away in a kind of corner of the building. We will absolutely stay here again for events.

Spacious and close to everything
We had a great stay for a concert at Lucas Oil. Check in was easy and the unit was very spacious where we all fit comfortably. We loved the air hockey table and karaoke machine. Overall great - really appreciate the limited amount of requirements while checking out. Would recommend and stay again!

Very nice stay
The EazyPeazy was a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and fully renovated, with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathroom vanities. There were also nice "little things" I noticed, like how the soap dispenser in the bathroom matched the decor, and there was an air hockey table and TVs available for each room. We felt very comfortable and safe, and it was remarkably quiet (being downtown, this was a pleasant surprise). The apartment is located close to everything, so getting to the convention center (or museums or restaurants) is super convenient. The instructions for access into the apartment were secure and easy to follow, and Tiffany was very nice to work with. Thanks again for answering my questions--I would definitely book again.
