After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation message with instructions and links to complete the following required steps:

🔐 Truvi Verification: For your convenience, a direct Truvi verification link will be included in your Booking Confirmation. Truvi may also follow up separately via email and/or text with instructions to complete your identity verification and guest screening.

📩 Your personal digital access code will be issued approximately 1 day before check-in, once all required steps have been completed.

📌 Damage Protection & Truvi Verification📌
As part of our guest verification process, our trusted third-party partner Truvi charges a service fee equal to approximately 2% of the $500 damage protection amount (approximately $10).

💳 Truvi may also perform a temporary pre-authorization to verify the payment method as part of its screening and protection process.
🧾 The Truvi service fee is separate from the damage protection amount and is generally non-refundable once the verification process has been completed.
🛡 Guest screening, ID verification, and applicable damage-protection processes are managed through Truvi.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.

• ❌ No Baggage Drop-Off or Luggage Storage
• ❌ No Parties, Events, Illegal Substances, or Unauthorized Guests: Strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a $1,000 fine, immediate termination of the stay without refund, and potential removal from the property.
• 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles per reservation.
• All vehicles must be registered in advance through the required Pre-Arrival Form to help avoid towing by the community.
• 🔑 A building-access key fob is provided for guest use during the stay.
• 💵 A $200 replacement fee applies to each lost, damaged, or unreturned key fob.
• The key fob must be left inside the apartment at check-out.
• SoLiving is not responsible for towing, citations, or related costs resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing vehicle information or failure to comply with community parking regulations.
