This one-bedroom condo overlooks one of two large pools located in the exclusive Pacifico Condominium Resort in the heart of Playas del Coco. L1103 is a ground-floor condo with 1200 sq. ft. of living space and direct pool access from the large covered terrace.

The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣
The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, an island for dining plus separate dining table. The living area opens to a large terrace ideal for enjoying the ocean breezes or simply stargazing. The bedroom has a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The large master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
