Listín is not a duplex and is several blocks further away from beach/Vicente Terrain address given

At check in time, the property manager gave a different address several block further away than what was previously provided. The unit has very little ocean view and it is NOT a duplex. It is a unit inside a very large apartment complex with 3 floors of tightly packed units. The unit itself was clean and quaint but it is not a luxury listing worth the cost for comparable place, and the rooftop pool is surrounded by many AC units accessible to all residents at least on the 3rd floor, not private or exclusive to a duplex. I was told there was no gym for this listing in the checkin instructions on the day of, contrary to the ad. I would recommend this place if the description and photos were more accurate, and the price was more comparable for an apartment unit with very little ocean view further away from the beach than advertised. If it is advertised as a duplex with a gym private pool that is not on Main Street, I would not recommend this listing as it is inaccurate and misleading. Traveling with family to this area and being told to meet a stranger at a different location than advertised was scary and ultimately disappointing the drastic changes in what was expected than advertised. VRBO reassured me the listing and ownership was verified as accurate, which is inaccurate when you are told you are renting a duplex on Vicente terrace a block from the beach but suspiciously redirected to an apartment building with no permit placards and appearing to be an illegal sublease.
