The space
Welcome to our BEACH HOUSE which has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 15 guests!

We have a PRIVATE GATED BEACH ACCESS that makes beach not as crowded as a public one
10 min walking distance ( 0.5mi )

The house is all one floor
single level with NO STAIRS
newly remodeled in costal style
Perfect for families and friends

All rooms have SMART TVs, WI-FI and a memory foam mattresses

4 rooms :

1st room (sleeps 5 ) - Queen size bed with pull out Twin size trundle bed + Twin bunk bed
has private bathroom

2nd room ( sleeps 2) - King size bed

3rd room ( sleeps 3) - Twin over Queen bed

shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel
We do provide hair dryer, bath towels and linens

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with everything you may need

-trash bags, laundry pots and dishwasher pods provided for departure procedures only

We also do have a COFFEE BAR with:
-Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker With Iced Coffee Capability
-BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker

Dining area has table for 8 and bar area for 4

We have a beach wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas and we do have beach towels for guests to use

We do provide 4 BICYCLES and locks.

Backyard:
Outside area has cushion covers seats and
gas GRIL with propane included!

CHECK IN:
after 4 pm
no keys needed we have a keypad lock with code access which we will send before your stay

PARKING:
Free parking - 4 cars

Salt Water Swimming Pool

Swimming pool can be heated for ADDITIONAL FEE

No partial stay heating.

Can be heated up to 90 degrees

Motor Homes, RVs, Trailers, Commercial Vehicles, Buses, etc. are not permitted on the property.
Please make arrangements to park them elsewhere.

The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, we provide fresh linens, towels (bath and pool), trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels to get you started (you might need to replenish those depending on your use), shampoo and soap and free washer and dryer including laundry detergent. We also have some beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach cart so it's easy to carry everything with you.
