The kitchen is well stocked. Nice linens. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and Augusta National. Off street parking.

We like the small yard for the dog. It's just enough. The toiletries in the shower are not cheap off brand ones which we appreciate. Good hot water& great water pressure. House was clean and tidy. Just what we needed to escape winter storm Fern.

Initially given wrong door code, so getting in wasn’t smooth. On arrival the property was certainly not clean. Dogs/human hairs on floors, lampshades and in beds and shower. Kick boards were disgustingly dirty, cobwebs on lamps and dog food on the floor. We immediately ran plates/cutlery through the dishwasher as everything felt dirty. They did send someone to re-clean after I complained, but this shouldn’t happen. The sofa seats smelt of dog and pee, so we never used the sofa for the duration of our stay. The bedroom door in the front bedroom doesn’t shut, the hand towel holder was hanging off the wall and the toilet seat was loose. The kitchen lacked supplies, both cleaning and general. There was a coffee machine, with only 4 coffee capsules. We were there for a 4 night stay, so not even enough for a cup of coffee each per day. The a/c vents were flaked with dirt, and it looked like the filter had never been changed. And don’t expect to use the outside deck as it’s rotten and no seating. On the plus side, the location was great, parking was excellent, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We have stayed at a LOT of VRBO’s and this is the first time I have ever left a negative review.

Lovely Stay

Was a super lovely stay, very cozy and clean. The few minor issues that came up, the owner was super accessible and worked to fix everything and make it even better.

Beautiful Home

We stayed here due to its closeness to the Wellstar Medical Center, and the property was beautiful! Everything was as described in the description! We will be staying here again!

Great quiet little neighborhood close to everything. Duplex is under sone renovation but very clean and quite cozy. Loved the basket of goodies in the kitchen counter and the abundancy of towels and washrags in the bath. I would definitely recommend to friends traveling with one dog. When i return next year, i would love to see grass in the back yard.

Perfect Stay for Masters

Great stay with friends for this year’s Monday practice round. Perfect location to walk to the North Gate. The unit is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby.

We stayed here sat-Sunday of The Masters! Property owners were very helpful with entry into house and questions durning stay! Quick walk to Augusta National!

Clean and affordable

We were happy that we didn’t have to sacrifice cleanliness and comfort for an affordable rental! The condo has everything a family needs for a quick trip to Augusta.

Lovely place to stay, my daughter and I met there with a plan to spend the weekend cooking favorites. We were thrilled with how well the kitchen was stocked -- with a fabulous supply for every need. Thoughtful welcoming gift as well. Pleased with the 2 MBR layout. Very clean. Convenient to shopping. Had to go through VRBO to make contact with host regarding check-in, later in receiving details that I would have liked (but apparently host was traveling with limits to communication). Ultimately this did not hinder out trip. Would absolutely book return stay if in Augusta in the future.

5 Star Masters Weekend

In a great spot for the masters, less than a mile away, with plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. The property manager makes sure that you have everything you need. They go above and beyond what you get with the normal VRBO rentals. They even had basket of snacks waiting for us when we arrived.
