Here, you can leisurely stroll to the intercoastal without having to cross a busy street, flanked by some of the most expensive real estate in the country. Flagler Drive is the preeminent path to walk and enjoy the ocean breeze as you watch the yachts sail by. What's more, you can walk to Joseph's market (one of the best grocers), Pink Steak for a swanky dinner or Celi's for your coffee, açai bowls and healthy wraps. Palm Paradise's location sets the stage for an amazing experience.

The house itself has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, crisp linens, plush bath and pool towels, a private heated pool, 5 adult bikes (1 child's bike) and beach gear.

There is construction close to the home. It is hard to tell how much noise there may be as it depends on what they are working on during your stay. We have discounted the rates to compensate for any potential disturbance. This is a phenomenal opportunity to stay in a home that normally rents for 30% more than what you are seeing today.

The Pool is heated during the day to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.

The perfect house for a girls getaway trip!

The home was immaculate, everything smelled so freshly washed. The pool/backyard were event better than pictured! The beds were like clouds, kitchen was adorable, and everything was in perfect working order. We needed one more pair of sheets upon arrival for the pull out sofa, and the property manager promptly assisted us so we were set for the evening. Everyone I who stayed with me loved this home - highly recommend staying!
