This quaint 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished vacation home is perfectly located in the prime Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The lake is two short blocks away while the Downtown Sherman Avenue shops, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, the CDA Resort, fine dining, and events are a few blocks in the other direction.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed while the three other bedrooms each have queen sized beds. Each bedroom has USB charging outlets and HDTV (except the lower bedroom-the TV is in the game room). There is an additional full-sized day bed in the game room area. Includes washer and dryer for laundry. Each bathroom provides a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Beach towels are also provided for your lakeside visit.
Fully featured kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, grinder, tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, mixer, dishes, utensils, and microwave. Children's dishware, utensils, portable baby crib and a highchair are also available. There is a 65" 4K UHD TV in the living room and high-speed internet is provided by Spectrum.
The game room features a game table, air hockey, cocktail arcade video game with all the classics, and available board games, playing cards and poker chips. There is also a small desk space with a monitor should you wish to connect your laptop for work or surfing the net.
The spacious backyard includes a propane BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor furniture. The fire pit table is surrounded by Adirondack chairs, making it perfect for enjoying summer evenings.
In the two-car garage, there are two beach cruiser bicycles, helmets and coordinated bike locks so you can choose to bike to the beach or the downtown stores! Also in the garage are two inflatable Stand-Up (SUP) Paddle Boards, paddles, pump, and water safety vests, perfect to experience Lake Coeur d'Alene!
