The fully stocked, open kitchen plan makes preparing and serving your family meals easy while never being left out of the conversation. Sunbathe and swim at community pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, or a short bike ride or drive away. Public beach access is found at Beach Village almost every block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible. The condo is on the 1st floor above the ground level parking. Wake up to marsh views in the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king bed, TV, and full, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Guest bedroom 2 acts as a second master suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and its own, private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps 2 guests with 2 twin beds and a smart TV. The final full bathroom can be accessed from the twin bedroom and the hallway. A full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway laundry room. Linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Accommodates: 6 NO SMOKING. PET FRIENDLY. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.
