The sunny, two-story interior has everything you and your younger guests need to get settled in for a comfortable and memorable stay. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to prepare all your favorite home-cooked entreés. The toddler eatery plates, bowls, and cups ensure everyone will indulge in hearty meals with one another. Enjoy a board game with the little ones, read a book, play with something from the toy box, or get creative together with the crafting supplies. For something more mellow, stream shows and movies on the smart TV in the open-concept living/dining area. Head out to the furnished sunroom to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. When it's time to wind down for the evening, the kids will adore the nautical bedroom decor in the bunk room, as well as the sound machine and the night lights making it feel just like home. Thoughtful child-friendly additions also include a Pack 'n Play, toddler potty seat, bath toys, bathroom step stools, and some baby-proofed outlets.

Guests must show proof of payment at the check-in office to obtain a key FOB for access to amenities. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $50 for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
