Twin Home Configuration: This listing is for one side of a twin home. Both units are available for short-term rentals, allowing you the option to book the entire property if needed and available. We've implemented comprehensive measures to ensure the privacy of our guests. Please respect this by not attempting to violate the privacy of guests staying in the adjacent unit. Any breach will be considered a violation of our house rules.

Stairs to Basement: Please note that the stairs leading to the basement are a bit steep. We advise all guests to take extra caution when using them to ensure safety and avoid any accidents.

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome a maximum of 2 small dogs only. Examples of small breeds: Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Pug, Shih Tzu, Maltese. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies for one or two dogs. Please be sure to pre-approve your pet with us before booking.
