Space for everyone- 5 bedrooms/4 full baths. Full bathroom on every level of this 3 level home.
Located in beautiful Coosawattee River Resort: River access, 3 pools(one indoor), fitness center, mini golf, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, gated entrance. (Guests passes for 8 guests included in your reservation. Additional passes can be purchased by guests at HOA office)

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad and your unique door code will be sent prior to check-in. Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST.

Roads/Private Parking
As you come in from the main road, it is a sharp right turn into the driveway, so please be careful while pulling in. Park in the driveway outside the home. Maximum of 4 cars can fit in.

TVs are available in the living room and three of the bedrooms. Free streaming with a wide range of sports and entertainment is available via YouTube TV. In addition, you can use your own accounts for other streaming subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

Security/Health and Safety
For your safety, there is a video doorbell with exterior cameras. There are NO indoor cameras.
A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located on the lower level.
Smoke alarm/carbon dioxide detectors are enabled throughout the cabin and in every
bedroom.

Coosawatee Resort Access: Guest passes for upto 8 guests will be available for your use at the property, allowing you to enjoy the amenities. Additional passes can be purchased by guests at HOA office. LOST cards are the responsibility of the GUEST. Cost of lost pass will be $85 Each. You can access the resort amenities using the pass including covered and uncovered swimming pools, 18 hole mini golf course, tennis courts, arcade area, gym.

Resort provides Coosawatee River access and riverside picnic tables.

Pet policy: Pets are allowed at the property- maximum of 3 pets.
Please note the following rules for pets-
Pet fees is an additional $75 per pet per stay.
1. Please pick up after your pet.
2. Pet should be leashed at all times when walking in the neighborhood.
3. Please bring a kennel if your pet will need to stay in the house.
4. We ask that your pet does not climb the beds or furniture.
5. Please make sure your pet does not disturb the neighbors.
6 Please do not leave your pet alone at home in severe weather.

We will send a message with all important information related to check-in instructions including front door digital code 7 days prior to your visit and again 1 day prior to your visit. Check in instructions will only be sent after rental greement has been signed.
