WELCOME TO PARADISE!

Come stay with us in our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo (sleeps 6-8) at the ever-popular Ledges Complex on the 20mm in Osage Beach.
This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils. Sit on our over-sized deck where you can watch the boats and watch great sunsets! You’ve got it all!
The master has a King bed with attached full bath, TV w/Roku. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV/Roku. The third bedroom has a Queen with TV/Roku. We also have a Queen size Air Mattress for 2 additional guests. This unit sleeps 6-8 people. All linens and bedding is included. TVs are in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer are convenient for those extended stays. We make packing light. We provide: Bath towels, wash cloths, 10 garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, 2 paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
The Ledges complex offers 2 pools. One at the point on the main channel and the second pool next to this building. The sand beach and water access are just steps away.

We do have boat slips available for additional cost

The Ledges is located in the heart of Osage all it has to offer. Wate craft and rentals are very near at the Surdyke 20 Marina where you can or launch your point and leave your trailer for a fee. Just around the corner.

The Ledges does allow trailer parking during offseason (Check with Host)

There are many restaurants from casual to fine dining. Several waterfront withing minutes. Fast food. Convenience stores. Fun shopping boutiques and shopping mall is ALL within minutes.

**We do have a Ring Doorbell at the entrance door.

*Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.
*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
