Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us — we're glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall, especially the hot tub and the chance to bring your dogs along! We completely understand your frustration regarding the parking. While the listing originally mentioned more spots, Crosslake has since updated and strictly enforces local parking regulations, limiting us to a maximum of five vehicles. This isn't a rule we control, but we are required to follow it, and unfortunately, the city does issue fines or warnings if it’s not respected. Our goal is always to keep guests informed and avoid any unnecessary issues during your stay. We also appreciate your notes about the family room seating and minor maintenance items — we’ve passed those along to our team and will be addressing them as we prepare the home for peak season.
