Each day is something special at this oceanfront condo on the shores of Stuart Beach, where you'll wake up to views of the sun rising over the Atlantic all year long. Take in the spectacular scene from your ocean-facing balcony, wander down to the beach via the private boardwalk, and spend your afternoons swimming and lounging by the community pool downstairs.
This condo sits on the third floor of Spoonbill, a beachfront complex that looks out over the ocean. Enjoy provided beach chairs for your days on the shore, go fishing in what's known as the Sailfish Capital of the World, and visit the Elliott Museum and Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, both less than a mile away.
One of the best features of this condo is the rear wall of glass - wide balcony doors that let in incredible natural light and views of the ocean waves. Bring your coffee outside to the balcony each morning, breathe in the fragrant sea air, and prepare your favorite breakfast in the chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There's ample space to dine between the granite breakfast bar, the table, and the balcony bistro set.
In the evenings, play board games, snuggle up for movies (on cable or streaming) on the sofa, and sleep soundly in central air conditioning. Another TV in the bedroom, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.
Things to Know
Please note that there will be ongoing construction within the condominium complex throughout the summer with jackhammering and other construction noise during the day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
