Steps Away From The Lake!

Thank you, Nikki, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the cabin clean and presentable and that your family enjoyed the fishing and the opportunity to get away. We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We take our guests’ experience seriously, and your comments are helpful as we continue to improve the property. Even though we have the property sprayed for spiders and beetles, we’ll be addressing the outdoor cleaning and maintenance items you mentioned to the cleaning crew, as well as taking another look at the amenities. There is supposed to be a pizza cutter in the utensil drawer, we were unaware it was misplaced. The lake and water levels are, of course, subject to seasonal conditions and are outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating the low water was for your boating plans. We’re glad the nearby public launch was convenient. We also apologize that our communication did not feel as responsive or helpful as it should have. Regardless of whether we are traveling ourselves & ant times had no reception, our guests deserve timely and complete answers, and we’ll be more mindful of that going forward.
