The chef of the group will have a blast preparing exquisite homemade treats for the crew in the home's well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The sunroom is a spacious and well-equipped area with comfortable sofas and a dining table. It serves as a perfect spot for you and your loved ones to gather, enjoy a meal, or play games while enjoying the beautiful views. The main suite is designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation, featuring a cozy armchair, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. You'll also have access to additional amenities such as a dry bar, a gas grill, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

Things to Know
Maplewood Community has scheduled road work between September 16 and September 23, 2024. During which time, roads throughout the community will have closures and/or detours, which could impact guests' access to the driveway of the rental home.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No other pets allowed.
There is no cable. Streaming only with guests' personal login.
The garage is off-limits to guests.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
