A cute little beach cottage! Clean, well stocked and literally right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in front porch where we were able to catch a glimpse of the ocean. We were a very short walk to plenty of restaurants, shops and the pier. I would stay here again!

Great Spot

Location was great. We parked and never got back into the car while there. Easy walk across the street to the beach and all shops and dining right down the road. Would definitely book again

Adorable and conveniently located. My only regret is that we didn’t know there were beach toys, chairs, etc. stored in a room down by the washer and dryer — would have saved us some cash renting beach gear! But we really enjoyed the cottage and front porch. Would stay again!

Loved this cozy cottage

Great location right across from beach access. You can walk just two blocks down to restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to the Folly Beach Pier. Wonderful screened in porch for late nights and early mornings. Very cozy and clean cottage with nice size bedrooms and updated bath. Pictures are accurate. Would definitely come back to this location.

We loved the property. Decided to leave due to storm so only stayed 1 night. I did not see check out procedures so i hope we did what was expected. We would love to stay here again!
