Beautifully situated right alongside Mill Brook with views of the creek rolling by, this two-story condo offers a memorable Vermont experience at any time of year. Spend the winter months on the nearby slopes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush, or cross-country ski the famous Catamount Trail that abuts the property. Come summer, go hiking, fishing, or golfing, and pass the relaxing afternoon hours on your two levels of deck space.

The Battleground Condominiums are ideally situated between Mad River Glen Ski Area (just over a mile west) and Sugarbush Resort (just over three miles south). It's a prime location for hiking or cross-country skiing the neighboring trails and for heading into charming downtown Waitsfield (four miles) with its wonderful restaurants and shops. On the grounds, enjoy a seasonal outdoor pool with a large sundeck, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground.

The condo is full of familiar, cozy comforts, from the stacked stone fireplace to the inviting furnishings. In the mornings, bring your coffee outside to the second-floor balcony or the first-floor deck, then get started on breakfast in the eat-in kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances.

After a day of adventure, be greeted back at home by a washer/dryer for your clothes, association-provided wood for the fireplace, and an Amazon Fire TV Stick for accessing your favorite movies and shows. Complimentary WiFi is on hand for your convenience as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
