It’s literally steps from the pool and ocean on the quieter end of Playa Norte. We felt very safe on the property (in fact everywhere on Isla) and everyone was so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in condo 7 at Nautibeach. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The Nautibeach staff were so friendly and amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the location could not be beat! Our kids enjoyed the pool and beach very much. Very close to lots of shops and great places to eat. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Stunning property overlooking a large clean pool and then onto a beautiful sandy beach. Lots of shops nearby. Would stay there again.

Fabulous place

This is a great property and great location. Pool and beach are fantastic and close to the condo. Great communication with owner. Very tropical!!! Love this island and Playa Norte! We will be back!!!!

Unbeatable location

We spent a wonderful week in Nautibeach. The location of the condo is excellent. It is just a few steps from the beautiful Playa Norte beach, restaurants, and entertainment, but far enough to keep the noise away. The condo was comfortable for our family of 4; ground floor location was very convenient. Would definitively visit again.

Canadian loves Isla Mujeres

The beaches are the most beautiful in the world. Our condo was a beautifully maintained two bedroom with access to all the amenities. Just walk outside your door and you have restaurants, snorkelling, a pool, beach and breath-taking sunsets. I would highly recommend Nautibeach to anyone.

Fun place to stay

I loved being right by the pool and the beach. Everyone at Nautibeach Condo was very nice from property manager Flori, bartender at the pool bar and the guard who always greeted us. Staying here reminded me of my childhood. The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Having one bathroom for six people was a little challenging. Overall a great stay!

Location is right on north beach! Just a few steps from the beach was our condo. Quite and clean really close to all the activities you may want to enjoy. I was actually looking to book a second trip but was unable to book because the condo was booked already. Whole stay was great I look forward to coming back

Perfect air bnb

The property is perfect with 2 rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It's very spacious with a/c on all rooms. And it's in a perfect location right by the crystal clear beach. Check out the Mayan beach club drinks and food are delicious!! Plus is right next door to the property. Thank you Keith for the wonderful details left all throughout the condo. Will definitely be back.

Everything was just as expected. The keys were very hard to master. I had a hard time finding the place to check in. Other than that, great experience. The location can't be beat.

Amazing!!

I know some said they had a problem finding it, I did research and had no problem finding it., great location and having the pool and spot in front for the beach makes it perfect. The place itself is super cute. And everything is walkable, which we did, rented a cart for 1 day. But definitely will be back.

All around perfect, this is exactly what we were looking for. Check in was difficult to find, as I didnt have WiFi to read my emails regarding the details. But once we found it down the street, Flory made check in easy and was extremely friendly and helpful. Would love to return!

Highly Recommend

It was our first time visiting Isla Mujeres so our group wasn't exactly sure the right place to stay to take full advantage of the island. We were very pleasantly surprised to find we picked the perfect place! Keith's condo was perfectly positioned on the north-end of the island only about a $3 taxi ride from the ferry and a 3-block walk to downtown where all the restaurants and bars were. His place was clean, exactly as pictured and we had full access to the pool, beach chairs and all of the amenities of the NautiBeach resort. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book with Keith again the next time we visit the island!

Wonderful stay once we got there. However we had a hard time finding it. When we gave our address to golf cart driver, he said the street was the Main Street on the island and not sure of location. We stopped at several places as we headed north Finally i noticed Nautical Beach Resort as name of place and not just the address. Da!! Suggestion: let guests know it is at the very end of the street, where it dead ends. Ended up loving the location!!

Beach Location

The perfect location for beach, poolside, restaurant, beach club, walking to anything on Hidalgo, from the ferry. It was the end of the slow season and had the perfect amount of people, I’m sure it gets noisy, crazy, and crowded in high season, so if you need quiet time or have young families, I suggest you stick to the slow season. Excellent, attentive bi-lingual staff are always gracious, friendly, and ready to assist you with anything you need. I would stay here over and over!!
