Great location and parking, with boat dock.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice place with plenty of room. Back deck is amazing!!! Air works great and can walk to eat and get beer.

We had a lovely time at the Tequila Sunrise. It is conveniently located to both Pensacola and Orange Beach, yet far enough away that you can enjoy the environment in peace. The house was clean and stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The person who checked us in was incredibly friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected, and she allowed us to check in early without issue for a small fee. We had no issues during our stay, and we cannot wait to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Family Beach Vacation

Nice house with easy walk to beach. Comfortable accommodations, nice kitchen, nice living room/gathering area, enjoyed having coffee in the morning in the screen enclosed porch while watching boats and wildlife.

Had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Fridge needs work with water and ice maker. AC struggled but was functional.

The house seemed clean till there and started noticing issues. The A/C did not work well with 80 degrees inside the house starting at 11am and not cooling off below 75 degrees till after midnight. It appeared the house was foreclosed on or not lived in for some time, but still needed more maintenance done before renting it out. New back deck below, but the part of the deck attached to the house before you get on new wood is all rotted out and sinks when walked on the balcony. The floor joices are completely rotted on underneath side. The windows are screwed shut, but with 1-inch gaps, so they aren't even shut all the way before being screwed shut. The exterior doors have large gaps at top and bottom that allows the giant roaches to come in and also contributes to the A/C not working. Found rat droppings in downstairs beds. The door entering the downstairs room has the weather stripping on bottom of door chewed up by rats on the hinge side. When standing in downstairs lobby, look at bottom of the door going into bedroom, and you can see how the rats are getting to that room. We did reach out to host several times about the A/C with no response.

Nice, But We Had Lots of Issues

The place is located in the great spot; however pictures make it look as if it is on the beach. It is across the street from the beach; you can literally see the beach from the kitchen window. The image is showing what leads to what I would call a strait. You are 20 minutes or less from all of the main attractions. The house was not what we expected. We thought that we were renting an actually four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is were the garage was closed in and turned to a play area with a bunkbed set in it. There is not a bathroom or closet for the room. You have to go upstairs to the main part of the unit to use the restroom. The window in the fourth bedroom did not have a curtain over it, and the window would not lock. We experienced dirty sheets and blankets on more than one of the sleeping areas. There are several light switches in the unit, but most of them did not control anything that we could tell. The light/fan fixture in the family room is controlled by a remote on the far wall by the enterance of the kitchen. The laundry room has a light in there, but no light switch (or maybe the lightbulbs were blown). Either way, we could not see in the laundry room once it was dark. The a/c unit went out while were there. There aren't any oven mits in the unit (so you may want to buy some to bring with you). The lighting around the house at night is limited; though there are flood lights, they did not work. There were guys building deck ramp most of the day.

Love the location with direct access to fish Old River, out the front with a two block walk to beach at Crabs and #4 public beach, ocean view for now from the kitchen, and a half mile from Florabama Restaurant and bar. A lot to do from this property and we really enjoyed our selves.

It was all about the view, looking out the front windows you could see the Gulf just across the road. Looking out the rear of the house, ypu could see a view of Old River with a wooden sidewalk connecting you to the pier complete with swimming ladder and picnic table. Some minor issues was correctly and efficiental by the property manager, Key Concepts.
