This is a wonderful property, especially if you are traveling with dogs. The host is great to deal with and very accommodating. We had a car emergency and she was very helpful. This was our third year here, and we will be back next year!

This is the cleanest vacation house I have ever rented :). Janice takes excellent care of the house and property. Very convenient location, well appointed house with plenty of room for our family of 5 w/2 small dogs.

Great vacation by the ocean

We had a great visit. The house was in perfect shape and met all of our needs and expectations. The hot tub and easy access to the beach make this home an ideal vacation spot.

Wonderful property and very well maintaned and decorated. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and the host is great to work with. This was our second stay and we've never had an issue. Great fenced back yard if you bring your dogs. Very comfortable and stocked. Nice view.

Terrific place and very nice owner!

The house was very comfortable and welcoming. Close to a delish Mexican restaurant! Yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs.

Best VRBO home we have ever stayed in

This home was excellent in all ways! Clean, modern, easy check in and great communication with host. Location made easy access to everything. We had our dog with us and the back yard was perfect for her.We are already looking at the calendar to book again!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Bayview house. The house was nicely decorated, clean, very well stocked and organized. The kitchen is a dream for the cooks in our group, and everything was in good working order. The setting and home made for a lovely stay. There are clear instructions for everything, so there there wasn’t much of a need to reach out, but even when we did need something, it was easy to get direction from the host. The host is very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Simply wonderful!

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, great location, hot tub with a view, comfortable beds, a bottle of local wine from the host as a Welcome surprise! It's paradise in Bodega Bay and we'd love to come back.

Great house

Perfect house for a getaway, clean, all of the amenities of home and tastefully decorated. Located just seconds from the ocean and the harbor which you can see from the deck and living room. Would definitely recommend!

Great get-away

This property was all that the pictures indicated and then some! It was exceptionally clean, and I feel the housekeeper is to be congratulated, as well as the owner. We've stayed at several houses at both Bodega Bay and Sea Ranch, and this one was the best.

Fabulous

Everything we needed at the property and everything we wanted to do nearby (hiking within walking distance and other activities with a short drive). Property was very dog friendly, easily accommodated 3 adults, was comfortable and easy.

Bodega escape

This home has it all! It is clear the owners have lovingly maintained their home. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and small market and stores. There are a lot of nooks to enjoy some solitude. We especially enjoyed the sunroom with a view of the bay. Great communication with Janice. We would stay again!

Beautiful, cozy house

From the moment we walked in, we could see that the owner took great care to make their home comfortable for guests. It was in a great part of Bodega Bay and easy to get anywhere you wanted to go. There is a hiking trail right out the door. I’m so glad I found this house. I hope to be back one day.

Great house in Bodega Bay for staycation.

We loved our stay at this place. Everything in house is in sync with Sea theme. Pillows, decorations, color schemes added to our relaxed vacation. The house has a huge backyard which our dog enjoyed as well. It was great for a staycation. Janice was very welcoming and always available. Will definitely come back for another stay.

Cute Bodega Bay Home

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is small but nicely updated and has a great in-town location with plenty of parking and easy access to local hiking trails. It is ideal for a couple or small family. The owner, Janice, did a great job of communicating all the information we needed for our stay. We hope to be back soon!

Thanks Joe! Most guests comment our house seems much larger than 1500 sq. ft. due to the open floor plan with a huge kitchen, great room, sun room and large deck. Glad your group of 4 found it comfy and spacious... and plan a return! Return guests are our greatest complement!
