Just a lovely property.. easy check in.. close to very nice area restaurants..walkable..not far to the casino.. easy drive.. or use Lyft to get around! Kitchen was super cute.. 2 bedrooms upstairs and comfy!! Great host.. easy to get ahold of and quick responses.

The property is very clean and as-described. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is updated and welcoming! The location is perfect for walking to many shops, restaurants, the aquarium, and so much more. I would stay again!

We had everything we needed in this beautifully updated home. It was situated right near the Millwork District, and was withing walking distance to many interesting places to visit downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really squared away and spotless. Ken was so easy to work with and quickly replied to all my messages. Nice kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom shower was great! We would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

Great stay

This was our first time at this property of Ken’s who is our go to choice for stays in Dubuque. The house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and neat and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable.
