This is our third time staying. And as always the place was in excellent condition. It’s in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to beaches and many excellent restaurants. The host are very gracious and quick to respond to any messages. Had a great time and look forward to our next stay!!!

The place was beautiful, just as described on the images. Modern and accommodating as well. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy away from town but still conveniently close to preferable stores and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Aldis, Target, Dollar Tree, Hardees, McDonald's). The beach areas were closer than we expected and a short trip to Orange Beach was not out of the question from the location. Home has several amenities to accommodate the stay so there's no need to leave out unless you want to. The host were super friendly and quick to respond to any needs/questions.

Place was practically brand new. Everything was clean and in order. The location was great right between Perdido Key and Pensacola. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway in a quiet secluded area. The nook will be on my list for a return visit.

Fantastic Find!

We booked last minute to spend 2 nights near family in Perdido Key and this place is a hidden gem. The home was spotless, and seems brand new!The location was ideal—close enough to the beach, but private and QUIET. The host was responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay.If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay and highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay, everything as pictured! So clean and fresh! Everything you need provided plus some! The best most friendly hosts! We will definitely be back soon! Exceeded our expectations and such a nice neighborhood!

Everything was great about this property. Location, cleanliness, and hospitality. Went out of their way to make it more like home with board games and all the streaming services. Great great people talked to them for a bit. Hopefully no bad guests ruin this place.

Extra long weekend getaway

Booked the Nautical Nook for 3 nights. It was perfect. Clean and neat. Loved the decor. Very quiet little spot. The bed was so comfortable.It only took 10 minutes to get to the beach. We loved the Perdido Key State Park beach spot. 2 different entrances and only cost 3. Minutes from Orange Beach and Pensacola. Winn Dixie and Publix very close by and convenient and so many restaurants nearby!!

Absolutely perfect stay!

I am very hard to impress! I want to say a super thanks to Vrbo and our host. If you want the perfect place to stay near Pensacola this is it. First off I am a worry wart. I ask a ton of questions because booking online can be scary. The host answered every single one and did so quickly. So you can book and not have to worry. Second , this rental is just outside of town but conveniently located to every thing! It is a newly built and beautiful rental. It has everything including towels , linens, dishes , coffee pods , WiFi , two tvs and so on. We felt very safe as it is located in a very nice upscale area! I will be back. There are so many things to do in the area as well and lots of free things for kids to do. Such as great park nearby called perdido park, splash pads , beaches etc. I highly recommend and I will be back !
