Stayed in Frankfort for Breeder’s Cup at this great house. Accommodated 3 couples very comfortably with a great backyard and bourbon room. We enjoyed the game table and dinners with a great kitchen and all that we needed for our meals in. Distilleries close by to enjoy as well. Steve was an excellent host! Thank you for a great experience.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home located within walking distance of downtown and all of the fabulous restaurants. It is also within short driving distances to many distilleries. The house itself is lovely and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable, showers had plenty of room and the backyard area and hot tub were wonderful. Steve our host was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to all questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and centrally located. We loved being able to walk or run to the Capitol, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy walking distance. The house had so much character, and one of our favorite features was the front bourbon room… it was such a fun space and made for some great photos! The upstairs bedroom can get a little warm, but the host provided a portable AC unit and fans, which made it much more comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hot tub outside.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home! The host was amazing as well.
