Excellent location! We were here for an October wedding that featured a few before- and after-wedding parties at Avalon restaurants… all of which were within walking distance of this spacious house. (No designated drivers needed! We just walked “home” after the festivities.) We partied at The Princeton, Rockin’ Chair, and Gullies without once using our cars. There is also a WaWa convenience store a few blocks away for quick necessities. The house is immaculately clean, with plenty of comfortable, private spots for relaxing. There is a large, well-appointed kitchen with ample dishware, cookware, etc. I had specific questions and Sandra provided quick answers so we mostly knew what was there and what to bring. There are washer/dryer set ups on two of the three floors! (Yes; there lots of steps,) Bath mats and mattress pads are provided. But please be aware—there are no bed linens and no bath towels in the house. You will need to bring your own or use a local linen-rental service. As you can see in the photographs, there is a good supply of beach accessories in the garage, but you’ll need your own beach or pool towels. Photography of the home’s amenities are accurate. We were very happy with our stay here and the level of attention from Sandra. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We were only in Avalon for a long weekend, but this house was the perfect spot. It's close to the shops and restaurants, but also only a few blocks from the ocean. The layout of the house is great if you're going with friends/family -- there's a floor for everyone. We all want to go back!

This house had everything we needed for a perfect college reunion for our ladies only group. Great proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and all the beach “stuff” you could ever need. The big orange cart made it super easy to get back and forth with all of us and gear. The layout of the house allows for togetherness and also privacy, just like people need on vacation. The owner is clearly very organized and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and labels on everything so we could keep it that way. The pool and outdoor shower are fantastic! We felt at home right away and are already talking about renting here again. Great job!

Really well-appointed and comfortable home. Everything we needed was provided - well-stocked kitchen, wifi/smartTVs, great pool and pool area, beach chairs & umbrellas with beach tags - really well organized and everything was in good condition and of good quality. Enough space for large family - I thought it felt even bigger than pictured. We are a well-traveled family, have rented for many years in Avalon, and we were all very happy and had a great time during our stay. Sandra was easy to communicate with and responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend.
