LOVE this house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for the family to be together, but floor plan provides for great sleeping for everyone also. Love proximity to trail to beach and pools!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 enjoyed a week at Watercolor staying in a home which included a carriage house. There were plenty of bedrooms and places for family gatherings. We loved the large screened in porch plus the golf cart and bicycles. The area was quiet yet convenient to the beach and shops.

Big Beautiful House

Just a few minutes bike ride to the beach. If you are looking for a wholesome vacation with your family and friends this home and Watercolor is what you want.

Our new favorite Spot in Watercolor

And staying with Royal Destinations is first class. We had a couple of issues during our stay that the staff handled promptly for us. We will be back.

Priceless Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best Mother's Day weekend ever. Myself, 3 of my 4 grown boys ages 30,24,23, My great friend and her two sons 24,19. We stayed for 6 days and didn't want to leave! It's hard to find a place where everyone has their own space yet there's a super large gathering area for ,meals, card games, movie watching etc. Spotless , beautiful home with huge screened in back patio that's more like another room. Many times pictures are better than the actual home but this time it was the opposite! Truly can't go wrong renting this property. There are many options in 30A but not for us. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing home again!!!

Great house in Watercolor

We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM. The loft was super hot when we checked in but was fine by the first morning. Our boys had to sleep on couches on other floors the first night. Pros: Close to everything. Easy walk or bike ride to all pools, beach, restaurants. Cons: No gym in Watercolor. The house only starts with a couple days supply of supplies (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish, dishwasher, laundry soap). If you stay more than 2-3 days, be prepared to buy all these items. Overall, our family had a great time!
