Gather by the Caddo River in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath log cabin in Glenwood, Arkansas, with space for up to 10 guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Two bedrooms each have a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The living room includes a sofa bed.

TIME TOGETHER
Prepare meals in the full kitchen, relax in the living area, or enjoy the upper and lower decks. The property offers direct river access and a private hot tub. Please follow the existing hot tub rules: children are not permitted in the tub, shower after using the river, keep glass away, and replace the float and cover after use.

ARRIVAL AND SUPPLIES
The access road is gravel. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests on longer stays may need to restock. Because of the natural setting, occasional insects or wildlife may be present.

HOUSE POLICIES
No pets; violations incur a $300 fee. No smoking indoors; violations incur a $500 fee. Returned items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Unauthorized late checkout incurs a $50 fee.

This cabin is perfect. We are a family of 5 and couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place. It’s tucked into the tree's which covers the sun we loved that! Very comfortable cozy place!

Super nice cabin, right on the river. The kitchen is well stocked, barh towels are nice, beds were super comfy and the hot tub was fantastic.

Well, our stay was good. I love the Arkansas water. The cabin was a little disappointing. I am attaching some pictures for you to see.-gate off the patio is falling apart, nails revealed, and the iron poles are falling off-some front steps are missing the anti-slip rubber-corn hole game broken-cushions on the back porch are falling apart-every morning, the refrigerator leaks from the front I understand that the cabin is in nature, but the porch, rocking chairs, and sectional on the lower and upper floors were filthy! They have not been cleaned at all!! Spider webs and leaves are all on them. The hot tub's water was low. These things didn't affect our stay, but I wanted you to know. The inside of the cabin was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Your prompt response to my issues was greatly appreciated.

The check in process was not simple because the instructions given were not correct. Overall, check in process took around 30 minutes and had to resolve issue with property manager. There was trash all over the grounds of the property from previous guests. It appeared that no one cleaned up after previous guests. There were misleading check out instructions on Vrbo. On the listing, it stated that there is “Nothing you need to do, just drive home safely!” However, this was not the case, and there was a significant list of check out instructions from the host.

It was the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary weekend. We had a slight hiccup with the door code but it was fixed very quickly. The weather was chilly and rainy so we enjoyed the hot tub and were glad it was covered. It would be nice if it had a privacy fence around it. The downstairs bedroom was soft and comfortable. We need to use an extra pillow at night, they were supplied but had no pillow case available. It was a fully stocked kitchen and had nice appliances. Couches were starting to show signs of wear but still comfortable. The digital thermostat on heat would only go to 74 and the downstairs was cold especially the floor in the bathroom. The upstairs was hot. I was confused because on looking at the cabin on vrbo it said you didnt have to do any cleaning.....just head back home, but in the kitchen was a list of things "to do" like stripping the beds, gathering towels, starting a load Laundry, running the dishwasher and taking out the trash. I did all of those things because i was afraid if we just left to go home, we would be charged extra and this cabin was already pricey. We slpured since it was our Anniversary. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Sorry about the door code hiccup — glad it was fixed quickly — and for the missing pillowcase; we’ve stocked extra pillowcases and will ensure spare pillows have covers. Appreciate the feedback about a privacy fence, worn couches, and the thermostat/downstairs cold; we’ll inspect the HVAC, add supplemental heating/rug options for the bathroom floor, and address furniture wear. Apologies for the checkout confusion: the cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, and the short checkout list is to help our cleaners — we’ll clarify that wording in the listing.
