Awesome, fun, and relaxing getaway!!!.We will definitely be saving the property and rebooking in the future!! ... The only complaint i had is when i booked, the cabin was listed as (sleeps 10) so when i corrected my mistake of 6 guest to 9 guest, the host asked for everyones names and ages to send to the owners to confirm the reservation of 9 adults, then they charged me 400 more plus a 500 dollar security deposit because they said we were a bigger group when in reality we were less adults than what the cabin was advertised as Sleeps 10 guest!!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you found the cabin to be an awesome, fun, and relaxing getaway. Our reservation policies take into account not only the sleeping capacity but also the size and composition of the group, so when the reservation was updated from 6 guests to a much larger group, additional screening, fees, and a refundable security deposit were required in accordance with our policies to help protect the property. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Cozy Cabin for Families

The cabin was very well laid out for family fun! The outdoor pool was just about level with the chairs and firepit so adults could easily monitor kiddos without getting wet! The pool table and the basement games were a hit as well. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is lovely with woods surrounding on all sides. Very peaceful and remote. Kitchen was fully stocked. The televisions were all smart TVs and the picture was amazing. Great game room with TV and pool. Hot tub was perfect. But the best part was how quiet it was. Living in the city, it was the perfect getaway.

What a Gem

We had a fantastic time at this little slice of heaven. Truly countless things you can do at this property. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, fishing, bonfires and swimming for the kiddos. It was also very nice to have TVs all over the place, to keep sports and movies going for the inside time. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend the 9 Oaks for travelers of all ages. We would love to return in the future :)

An Oasis in the middle of the forrest

This place was everything we had hoped. Beautifully constructed, large deck, large lower patio with graveled fire pit area, hot tub, pool, pond. Cathedral ceiling living area, game room downstairs, sitting area upstairs. Well done! We will be back in warmer weather.

Beautiful cabin with great amenities. Kitchen has all you need, and beds are super comfortable. The weather was beautiful so we were able to fish, swim and enjoy the hot tub at night. Only downfall, was location. It is only 10-15 miles from Nashville, but takes about 35 min to get there. Just keep that in mind for groceries and shopping. Being secluded was nice for relaxing though! We stayed July 31-Aug 3.

Everything was so amazing!! The property was beautiful, more amenities than I expected; me and my kids had such a great time! Taught my son how to fish for the first time, my daughter caught her first fish, but freaked out enough that it fell off the line. We'll hold many fond memories of that place. Marisa was always so prompt about any questions and even though we only communicated through text, her tone made it feel like we were truly welcome to be there. My kids have already asked when we'll be going back and we definitely will be!!

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful stay, playing games, pool, shuffle board (I think that’s what it’s called), hiking and sitting in the hot tub. If it wasn’t raining, we would’ve enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores. We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary, during our stay. The house was great! The only thing that was frustrating to me was the extra “person fee” after 4 people!! The house description was for 6 people and described as a “lavish 4 bedroom”, 2 queens and 2 kings (to me that sleeps 8). I was frustrated that I had to pay an extra per night fee for my 5th & 6th person, when the house has 4 bedrooms. I would have gladly paid extra if I had a 9th and 10th person, because that would be over the number of beds. Nonetheless, we had a great stay! There was a cute welcome basket with snacks when we arrived. They even had a crock pot, which we used! The coffee bar also had coffee and filters, which was nice, but we didn’t need to use. It’s a very comfortable home, and such great indoor and outdoor living & recreation space. There are 2 ways to get to the house, one way is a 10 minute drive on a gravel road….the other way is much quicker, and more paved roads. But it is a BEAUTIFUL & SCENIC ride in! Beautiful escape from the busy life!

We had a long weekend with family coming in to meet at the cabin. It was awesome. The hosts were so thoughtful in providing games and activities for entertainment. The pool was beautiful and clean with all you would need to enjoy it including life jackets for children's, floats and water toys. There was a fire pit and a pond for fishing along with fishing equipment and tools for roasting marshmallows or hotdogs. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. A couple of questions came up before arrival and during the stay and the hosts were very responsive. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it highly.
