The Konz Kottage is located in the family friendly and quaint fishing village of Port Salerno. The Sailfish Capital of the World. Port Salerno is a small community located on the tranquil waters of The Manatee Pocket. This is where you can access all the water sports Port Salerno has to offer. Everything from paddle boarding to offshore sport fishing charters are within a short walk. Eight restaurants all within a brief walk of the house. It is a cozy place to relax with friends and family.

Fantastic accommodation. Perfect for our fishing weekend. Short walk to Pirate’s Cove Marina. Convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. Cool, clean and comfy. Lots of thoughtful touches. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a weekend to visit friends in the area and loved the property. The house was very comfortable inside, we loved the outside areas and it was very convenient to restaurants.

The house was comfortable, clean, and our favorite part was the screened in patio with TV. We enjoyed the evenings sitting out back. We also loved the location, being able to walk to the marina, restaurants, and coffee shop. I hope we can stay here again!

This little cottage was wonderful. In the heart of the Manatee Pocket and the heart of downtown Port Salerno, you can walk and ride bikes to great restaurants, the water and water views and even a small "pocket park". If you are looking for a taste of "Old Florida" , you won't be disappointed. Flip-flops and T-shirts accepted everywhere! Driving distance to much, much more! With the cottage equipped with most everything you need only bring yourselves, bring your food, bring your beverages and plan for a good time. The hostess and host were wonderful. Responded and communicated promptly to all of our questions.We will be returning to this charming cottage.

Excellent Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We love this home away from home. Very clean and modern stocked with everything you might need.Our host Was very helpful. The location is close to attractions.Highly recommend stay here.

I don't typically take the time to submit reviews...particularly on the good properties! Out of selfishness, I don't want my favorites to become so popular I can't get them when I want to. In this case, I'll make an exception.We needed some more propane for the grill. Jen had it there before we needed to cook. Everything we needed during our stay was there...appliances, kitchen tools, etc.You won't find a better property in Port Salerno. Please be kind to it. Wash the sand off your stuff with the hose out front so the house is ready for me to come back to and don't put a bunch of junk down the garbage disposal! Cheers.

This neighborhood is located in a cute little neighborhood that we can walk to different restaurants, shops, coffee, and boating. We love it here! In February 2025 the property was freshly painted and updated. Our location is easy, quiet, and very cozy.

This property is unique because it is cozy and clean. Great spot to unwind from the world. Its walking distance to American Table and several other coffee spots, restaurants, and little shops. We are also just steps away from the water! Enjoy!
