It is the perfect setting for your Yellowstone adventure. Whether you are going for a drive to see the impressive sights at upper and lower Mesa Falls, or a drive to the top of Sawtelle Peak to take in the incredible views and alpine meadows full of brilliant wildflowers, or a trip to the World Famous Henry's Lake, this cabin is close to everything. Most importantly this cabin is a spacious and comfortable getaway for friends and family who are visiting the area for their once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the many unique and world famous features of Yellowstone National Park. The large open space and cozy fireplace create the perfect place to gather for family and friends. With room to sleep 16+ there are plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements for large groups. The cabin comes with a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables, a gas grill, a fire pit, and a large picnic table. The variety of options makes preparing meals for your group an easy alternative to going out for a bite at the local restaurants. The cabin is comfortably furnished and decorated to give you the sense that you are at home in your stay at the cabin. The high vaulted ceilings along with the original log beams and tongue and groove interior truly make this cabin an authentic rustic mountain adventure. This a great place for children. The quiet neighborhood with very little traffic is a spot the kids can be outside or indoors and have peace of mind for mom and dad. There is space to play in the yard, build a fort, or just burn some energy. Lots of games for the kids inside. There is a large room over the garage just for the kids with a TV, dvds, a wii and a few other things for the kids without disturbing the adults who may just want to sit and visit.

It was as advertised and very well stocked with whatever you might need. It was nice having separate rooms and areas to assimilate the noise of all the people. We had all the beds filled. The teenagers loved the soft comfy couch in the living room with all of the pillows. They watched a movie together every night we were there and it was nice having movies accessible for them.

Convenient and comfortable.

It was a nice cabin with wheelchair access which we appreciated. We loved the fun outdoor and western decor and appreciated the comfortable beds and furniture. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level and 2 bedrooms and one full bath on a 2nd level. Another large bedroom is in a separate upstairs loft area. It had a well stocked kitchen and nice appliances including the washer and dryer. We liked having a store nearby. We loved the beautiful wooded surroundings and close access to the highway. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We were a little disappointed with several things. The house is suppose to sleep 16 people we had 9 people and there were only 4 wash cloths and no bar soap for the showers. The bathroom upstairs did not have enough hooks for towels to dry. Also, the lawn was not taken care of, had not been mowed for a while. There were also many areas outside that were trip hazards (I.e. the deck had a small step that was not noticeable). There were no instructions for the televisions. We were finally able to figure out the television in the living room but not able to use the upstairs television as we could not get it to work. Also the heaters in the bathrooms were unusable as the knobs fell off. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend some improvements.
