The property is very dated and in need of repairs/replacement, (curtains, sliding door, lanai, front door) Overall unit was very clean, and had lots of supplies and amenities Conveniently located. Good communication with host.

Island getaway

Property was beautiful with easy access to any location on the island! Fred was great with communicating and was very helpful with some great locations to visit.

Kauai Beach Villas

Had a great time. The resort pools and grounds were great. The condo was clean and comfortable. Made a great base for exploring the island experience.

Perfect Kauai Spot

We were really pleased with our stay in Lihue. The condo was older, but nicely decorated. It was close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It had a great kitchen, if one is so inclined tocook.

Excellent location

Only about 3 -5 min from the airport and beautiful vacation. Lovely lake and also views of ocean. Condo well stocked. Condo is a bit worn but very clean.

Everything you need and more

We loved staying here. It had everything we need and more. Some perks were the AC in the bedroom, a kitchen, beach items, and access to the resort pool! I also liked the location too, we were never too far from anything. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great central location

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the nearby beach and resort pool we had access to next door. There were beach chairs and a small cooler for outings. I would only recommend getting a screen door for the bedroom slider door. Fred is easy to work with. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Surroundings/Location

Chill on your ocean view deck and watch the lovely moonshine . Unit was very well stocked for a chef..enjoyed a very relaxing month . Traveled all over the island from this excellent location.

The owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating! The location is perfect! Two full bathrooms was nice and facilities great. No complaints at all!

Stay in Kauai

There for a conference. Close enough to get to conference easily. Access to nice pool. Friendly chickens. Central location. Enjoyed my stay.

Excellent family condo !

Wonderful condo that easily slept my family of 4. Really enjoyed the full kitchen for cooking and washer and dryer for laundry. Beautiful location with easy access to the whole island. Kids really enjoyed the pool next door at Outrigger. Wonderful host as well! We will definitely be back next year!!

This condo was clean and well equipped. Although it is very dated, it served its purpose and we had a great time. The grounds were beautiful.

Like a home, rather than a mass market condo. There were games, an extra floor pad, blankets, fully stocked kitchen with extras like peanut butter and soy sauce, a little cooler for the beach, etc. The manager was super generous and easy to contact. Great (but coldish) swimming pools and hot tub. Pretty grounds. Quick to a walk along the ocean. Only complaints; Air cooler only in bedroom; the rest was cooled by a fan. Fitness room not available.

Hi Mary! Thanks for staying at my condo. You can use the swimming pools/jacuzzi @ the hotel next door as well! They do have a fitness room there but there is a charge for it as it is not part of our condo complex. Save my # for next time!

Property was as described in the listing. We have stayed at several other units in different buildings at the Kauai Beach Villas for the past thirty years and enjoyed our time in Fred's unit. Fred was very co-operative and always answered our inquiries promptly.

Xmas in Kauai

It was very easy to check in. The ocean is right there. It’s a great location for traffic on hwy. would recommend.The breeze runs right thru the unit. Very relaxing

I finally found someone & we had to work around the schedule of bookings. It finally finished 2 days before you checked in. Congrats on being the 1st to experience the new shower!

Perfect location for the SE side of Kauai

Stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and loved it. Spacious condo with a full kitchen. Short walk to a low traffic and quiet beach. They even had beach chairs in the unit we used which was awesome! You also get access to the pool/spa of the resort which was nice. Super close to activities and restaurants in Wailua and the area. Great launching point for adventures in Waimea and the Na Pali Coast. Amazing value!

Kauai Beach Villa

The owner was easily available when needed. The unit was very clean. Location even though not ocean front had a view and could see the sun rise. You can use the Kauai Beach Resort pools and hot tub. Next door has a hula and live outdoor music on Fridays

This condo has all that you might need

The condo has all that you might need for a stay on kauai. The washer and dryer was a real Plus. The 3-minute walk to the beach was wonderful and it was so good to be able to walk that beach. Yes it's outdated, but the price more than made up for it.

Great location

Located near airport and convenient to both ends of the island. This was our third time staying at Kauai Beach Villas, because of the location and nice beach, Enjoyed this condo. Quiet with nice view of lagoon from the lanai. Condo was well stocked. Had beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Fred was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Thanks!

Great Communicator-Comfortable Cono

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Fred’s condo! It was comfortable, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. Nice kitchen, spacious master bedroom! Enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace overlooking pond and water fountain! Fred was a great communicator and returned text messages quickly when we had a question! He provided a lot of information for regarding restaurants, shopping, attractions to see!! Highly recommend staying here..especially for the price!

Close to the beach

Property had everything you’d need. Plenty of towels, sheets, dishes and Tupperware. Kitchen was completely stocked for a family that loves to cook, there was at least 1 of everything you’d need. The grills are a quick 30 second walk from door to grill. There was also beach chairs and boogie boards on the very large balcony. You can see the ocean from the condo, walk is like 2 minutes. Overall, a great place to stay for our family of 4.
