Our Las Mareas Villa #3 is located in El Tesoro, Tamarindo's most-premium gated neighborhood. Las Mareas is made up of six townhomes that share a lovely tropical-designed common space with a pool, BBQ area, and an ocean view gazebo. Enjoy a luxurious residence that overlooks Costa Rica's gorgeous Pacific coastline, the mouth of the Tamarindo River, and the Playa Grande Las Baulas National Park. We love the surfer vibe in Tamarindo and always enjoy visiting the area, walking the town and the beach and taking in the views from the many wonderful beach restaurants and bars.

Our condo is in the exclusive El Tesoro gated community. It offers the unparalleled combination of gated security, beach proximity, paved roads, privacy, and breathtaking views. We looked long and hard for a residence in Tamarindo are were very lucky to find this Las Mareas gem.
