We had a lovely stay at Banyan Tree 300. The view was awesome and the location was perfect for our trip. The condo is modern, comfortable and well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to the Big Island.

We were so impressed with the condo! Everything was so clean and comfortable, well labeled and organized. The view is amazing… we had so much fun hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean.

The best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. My family had the vacation of a lifetime. The view and sounds of the ocean completely envelope you from the living area. If you are staying in Kailua-Kona PLEASE try to rent this condo. You will not be disappointed.

We’ve stayed in many beautiful oceanfront condos in the islands. This was an extraordinarily memorable place! The ocean view was mesmerizing. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and had restful sleep in comfy beds. Perfect location for exploring Kona and beaches north and south. Hope you’re lucky enough to stay in Banyan Tree 300!

Great stay right on the water!

This was a wonderful and well stocked rental and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our time and the picture window and the balcony is everything. We would definitely stay here again. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable and having a beach that was nearly private right next door was also very convenient to watch the sunset with your toes in the water. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything about the unit as accurate and great. There are two things I would add. Great views watching people surfing all day long. The one draw back was the noise from the park next to the building. People gathering, drinking and talking-yelling loud after 10pm. The windows are not thick so outside noise was clear and unfiltered.

We were quite surprised to read your note regarding noise from the neighboring park, as this is genuinely the first time we have ever received such feedback. Because our unit is situated several stories high and directly oceanfront, the natural, relaxing sound of the crashing waves typically completely envelops the living area (as many of our other reviews attest). Additionally, one of the biggest draws of our location is being right next to the famous Banyans Beach. Our guests consistently tell us how much they love being so close to town, steps away from this iconic surf spot and truly enjoy experiencing the vibrant, welcoming local community that gathers there to surf and enjoy such amazing and authentic Hawaiian scenery. We are so glad the rest of your stay was fantastic, and we wish you all the best in your future travels!

This was a great condo. The building is older but it had been totally renovated and was just perfect. Very well stocked with everything you need.The view is amazing .Highly recommend this place.

The view was off the chart. It was a pleasure waking up to such an amazing gift. The only downfall of this unit was the floor stepping up to go into the kitchen and stepping down to enter the living room and bedrooms. Otherwise we lived everything about the stay.

The best stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was perfect. Very easy check in/out instructions. Host was very responsive. I loved the view. It was fun watching the surfers from the couch. The beach items came in handy. It was the perfect place for us.

Amazing property

We stayed here as a family of 5. The views are amazing in this corner unit with wrap around windows. Huge lanai to watch surfers and the sunset every day. We saw spinner dolphins and a seal from our lanai.The property is extremely well stocked as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Big surf and unforgettable views

We had a great stay at the condo with everything we could have asked for. The sunset views, surfer activity and whale watching right off the balcony were incredible. Having beach gear was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this condo for future visits to Kona. The pictures and descriptions were highly accurate.

First trip to Hawaii

Or stay was amazing. The property was clean and updated. Location was great. Quiet at night with the sound of the ocean. We loved sitting on the lanai with coffee in the morning watching the surfers and cocktails in the evening waiting for the sunset. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry in the unit. Such a great time I want to come back next year for a longer stay!

Stunning! Magnificent! Breathtaking!

We stayed for five nights and remained blown away by the spectacular views from the giant picture window and the wraparound lanai! Everything in the unit is beautifully appointed and brand new. Cindy was a wonderful host - welcoming, quick to respond, and she made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return! Thank you, Cindy, for an unforgettable vacation!!

Spectacular View

We surprised our daughter for her 21st birthday and for her college graduation. She loved the fact that it was close to the pier/shops and that it was just the right feel of a luxury/vacation home. The mornings were amazing being able to sit on the balcony and watch the surfers and the sunsets were breathtaking. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. You will not want to leave after staying here. We 100% recommend this to everyone!

The pictures do not do it justice. Heaven on Earth.

Each morning, we walked into the living room and proceeded to count how many surfers were out. If the sun was out, so were the surfers. The view is breathtaking. It knocked me off my feet! The home was perfect with every amenity you could ask for. We feel so incredibly lucky we chose to stay here. It was just perfect.

Absolutely perfect!

This was my twelfth trip to Hawaii and third to Kona. This was without a doubt the best accommodations. The area is central to so many great food and beaches. The condo has a jaw dropping view of the ocean from a huge window or wrap around lanai. There was absolutely nothing I needed that was not supplied. Already booked for next winter. Cindy is amazing! Quick response for the few questions I had.

Hawaii is in the soul

This is one of those good spots. Location, style and the best chance you can have to really be here. Ask around… Kona is a rare and special place, Please love yourself, treat yourself, be blessed, stay here. It’s just right. No bad days at this spot. Also, just to be practical, it was easy to book, easy to deal with this rental operator. It’s even easy to find, the only tough side of this little apartment is leaving. Doug and Nancy
