Like many coastal properties in the area, D303 does not have air conditioning, and we understand that heat and humidity can be especially noticeable during warmer periods. We’re also happy the layout worked well for your group and that you appreciated the extra pantry storage. We’re sorry to hear that some of the supplies and finishes did not fully meet your expectations. We do provide starter paper products, including four rolls of toilet paper, but longer stays may require guests to purchase additional items. In a vacation rental setting, it can be difficult to consistently maintain shared pantry items such as condiments, oils, foil, and wraps, but we appreciate the suggestions and will review the kitchen inventory with the owner. We also understand how frustrating the elevator issue must have been, especially while staying on the 3rd floor. The elevators and laundry facilities are maintained by the HOA, and we will continue to share guest concerns so they understand how much these items impact the guest experience.
