The place was very cozy and perfectly clean. It is exactly as described and advertised. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our trip, and staying at this place played a large role in that. We would definitely stay here again, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

This may have been one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. It was cozy, quiet and a perfect place for my mom and I to visit my daughter at SUU. The home had everything we needed and we loved the decor. The linens were soft and adorable. We will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.

This property was great. We were about 1hr 45 from Bryce Canyon and 55 minutes from the Springdale entrance to Zion. Cedar City was about a 10 minute drive for a super Walmart. The property had all the amenities we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were great. Mari was extremely helpful when we had a booking snafu. We would certainly book again, and we definitely recommend this property.

This was one of the most beautiful stays. The host was quick to respond, kind and accommodating. The attention to detail was above and beyond- creamer packets for coffee. The kitchen had everything you would need. Tide pods for laundry- and a beautiful location too! Highly recommended!!

This little house was so cute & neat as a pin. We enjoyed our stay so much because it was so clean and cute. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This place was a very nice and quiet getaway. It has amazing views of the mountains that almost is a complete 360 degree view. The inside is decorated very nice and it is very clean. The county roads to get here are gravel but Mari has great directions to get there. It was a perfect staging location for all the hiking that we did in Zion and around two hours from Vegas. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this little home for our weekend Shakespeare get away. So perfect for a couple. Full sized kitchen was perfect for meals between shows and close to downtown Cedar City. Check in and out was fabulous and so easy. Mari was great to communicate with. Definitely staying here again!

Nice clean quiet place. Great place to relax and enjoy the stars at night. Mari and Ty were fast and responsive. The wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to stay at if you’re visiting Cedar City.

Just as indicated, this is a serene retreat! A lovely rural setting yet close to the National Parks and all the scenic opportunities in the area. The space is tastefully decorated and clean, the linens were very nice. The farmhouse was much larger than we expected and had everything needed for our almost 2 week stay. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Simply amazing

We stayed for Christmas and couldn't have picked a better place. It was immaculate, with an amazing view. We highly recommend this place.

Farm House

Very nicely decorated with everything you need for a stay. Very quiet and clean plus close to town for a home in a farm area. The only thing is the dirt road is very dusty with lot’s of bumps in the road.We would stay again if we traveled the area.

Hiking Vacations

The property was easy to get to and directly off the highway. The house was so cute, cozy, and very clean. Hosts provided a book with recommendations that were extremely helpful to us. Host also had pleasant and responsive communication. Will definitely book for future stays!

Super quiet Ranch House

Great, quiet house on a ranch. Super quiet, great relaxer after visiting the National parks all day. (Bryce Canyon is stunning!) Awesome kitchen and finally a host with some sharp knives! That's a real bonus for us so thank you for that!Communication with our host was awesome. The app really helps. Will be back if we're in the area again.
