We had a wonderful stay. The house was amazing, beautiful breathtaking views, heated pool, four king-size beds, an elevator, three refrigerators everything we could want for a memorable multi generational family vacation at the beach.

Pier 42 was wonderful as the management of our rental. They repeated checked on us to see if we needed anything and were right there when we had a dishwasher issue. The best rental management company I’ve had at Holden Beach and I’ve been going there for nearly 60 years.

Beautiful home, amazing ocean view and gourmet kitchen made this one of the best weekends for my group! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made the rental experience effortless. We are already planning on staying at Hypnotic again!

Really lovely house right on the beach close to anything we could need! It rained during some of our stay so the covered pool was a nice place to retreat to instead of getting rained on the beach.

The perfect location

We loved the house and the location was perfect, walking distance to ice cream shops, restaurants, etc. We wish the pool was a bit more in the sun and a view of the beach, but for rainy days it was perfect!

Family Vacation

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. House was in fantastic condition. We had 17 people staying there and all had enough space. Three refrigerators was fantastic to keep different groups food separate.

Hypnotic Holden Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from second and third floors. House was clean upon arrival. Plenty of refrigerator space. Door to pool could use a handle to be able to close easier. Overall, the property worked out great.

Beautiful beach home

Our family had an amazing time at this house. The checkin process was seamless, the house was clean with ample space. The beach was only a short walk away. We absolutely loved our stay. Restaurants and ice cream were within walking distance as well as a little park for the kids to play at. We saw dolphins swimming daily. Absolutely beautiful location. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our family week at the beach!

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach with family! We were 11 adults and two dogs. The private walkway to the beach was so nice to have. The breeze that comes off the ocean and through the pool/grill area was heavenly. We had minor electrical issues when first checking in, but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed right away. Holden Beach is clean, safe and family friendly. We walked across the street to the all the restaurants and for ice cream in the evenings. We loved our stay!

Great house with lots of fun

We loved this house. The pool was great, and the indoor activities were great for a rainy day. The kids had their own floor and loved it. Great views. A short walk to an access as there is not direct acces but it is one house away.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay - plenty of room to spread out. The house is absolutely beautiful. My only nit was the cleanliness of the house (we spend the first day cleaning the floors, elevator, etc). I would also suggest that the bunk bed rooms both be at the back of the house so that all rooms facing the ocean are for adults.

Great house and location!

Our family of 18 comfortably fit in this house. It was clean, updated, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The direct beach access was key. The heated pool was used everyday. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There we’re restaurants close by and a food lion 4 minutes away. Would highly recommend!

Long Weekend Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house on Holden Beach. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed! It was great having 2 restaurants basically right outside our door and a cute coffee shop to get our morning coffees. The owners are wonderful and so accommodating. Thanks so much for a great weekend and we look forward to another time we can enjoy it. Lisa

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!!

This house is the perfect home for a large group or a few families. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The elevator was great for bringing everything we brought with us up and then back down when we left. Enjoyed the short walk to both bar restaurants close by and the golf cart was great to get to the little store down the road and for site seeing. I would highly recommend this home and Stellar Beach Realty. Allie was absolutely great to deal with :)

Right on the water

I thought this was a very nice property. The listing was accurate and the house worked well for my family and extended family. Loved the outdoor shower for getting the sand off. Loved the access to the beach. Would have liked the path to have been clearer but it was nice that there was a direct path from the property to the beach.

Large Family Vacation

The house is large and right on the beach with adequate access. The shaded pool was a nice break from the sun on the beach and the owner was able to heat it remotely upon request. The kitchen did not have a lot of storage for a large family’s supplies and the beds were uncomfortable, but otherwise the house was spacious and had what we needed. The house is very close to the bridge and to public access, so traffic was audible from street-facing bedrooms, and the beach filled up quickly in the mornings. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
