Property was clean and well equipped. The owner and his son were very helpful with any questions. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for my husband and I and 2 teens.

This 2 BR with pool was a perfect experience. Host James was very laid back, showing us the full residence at checkin. With the pool right out the back door and fresh water hose for cleaning off salty snorkel gear this was a perfect location to be 15-20 mins from anywhere on the island. Pictures didn’t do this place justice, the rooms and living areas are larger in person. Enough cooking utensils/pots/pans to cook dinners with. Fantastic accommodation for 4 people

This beautiful place was perfect for our family of 6. Spacious, clean and plenty of living areas and sleeping space. The outdoor space is so lovely with the pool, plumeria and spectacular views. I would recommend getting a rental car to future guests. Excellent overall!!

Amazing stay at St. John

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect being central to everything we wanted to do. Our host James was very accommodating and even meet us at the port to show us to and around the house.

Great for thr Price!

Loved the house and the hot tub was our groups favorite thing to do at the end of the day after taking the jeep around the island. Wonderful Views! Highly recommended!

Great location with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay

This property is conveniently located. We were only a few minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants and gift shops. It was perfect for 4 adults. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the sunset every evening. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns.

Another great vacation in St. John. This house served us well with plenty of room and great views. Our property manager was right on top of everything we needed.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. James, John, and Stacey all provided great communication and hospitality. The location is a short drive from all the beaches. The place was very clean and private for an apartment. Shared pool with a great view, there was never anyone at the pool area while we were there. There were beach chairs and cooler which was nice for the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! Thank you!

Great house, great location, LOVE St. John

We stayed in the middle 2BR, 2BA unit on same level as pool and hot tub. Loved the house and James was great. Short drive from town, easy to get pretty much anywhere on the island. The hot tub, pool, and sunset views were awesome after outings all day. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Thanks James!

Had a great stay at Rendezvous Terrace. Spacious 2br/2bath with great private balcony’s and stunning views. Great location, easy ride to town, beaches and the grocery store. Pool and hot tub are a plus! James is a great host and readily accessible and willing to do anything to make your stay right. Thank you!

Amazing rental

James has everything you need in this rental. He was super responsive to all questions. This rental is well stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels and much more. The view from the hammock is spectacular and the location is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this rental and look forward to coming back here.

The view is amazing so is the house, don’t miss it out. The owner is friendly and readily available. The road around property and parking can seem scary at first but make sure you book more than one day and you’ll get used to it in no time. I wish I had an entire week here.

James was awesome to pick us up at the Jeep Rental place and guide us to the house, he walked us through the house, asked if we had questions, the house fit all of our needs, kitchen had everything we needed, the pool area was relaxing and a great place to watch the sun set, it was centrally located for us to zip over to the beaches without having to go through Cruz Bay, was our first stay and will not be our last! Highly recommend!
